1. To avoid problems, keep your Wavlink AV500 extender close to your router when it is plugged in.

2. An LED sign begins blinking after about 45 seconds of startup time.

3. When the router’s light blinks to indicate it’s ready to attach, press the WPS button to unlock it.

4. Before a flickering light indicating that it is connected to the router shows up, press the WPS button.

5. Until the light that flickers stops, you won’t know the Wavlink AV500 extender setup is connected to the router.

Wavlink AV500 Powerline Setup via manually

1. Ensure that your Wavlink extender and router are powered by the same outlet and are situated close to one another.

2. Watch the LED light blink 45 seconds after linking the device in.

3. In the list of Wi-Fi networks on your computer or mobile device, join the Wavlink 2.4GHz default network.

4. Open a new web browser on the same desktop or mobile device to which you are now connected.

5. The Wavlink extender’s setup UI will appear. Please sign in with the passwords admin and admin.

6. Choose the language of your preference. By pressing the button, log in.

7. On the following screen, you will be prompted to select your nation, time zone, and new password. The most recent password will be used when you log in again.

8. Find and choose the Wi-Fi host network, launch the Wavlink Web UI, select the Repeater mode option from the Wizard menu, provide a password, and click “Connect.”

9. Once the progress meter is full, hold off for an additional 40 to 60 seconds.

10. The setup is suitable when the flashing LED light stops.
